A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager to support sales efforts and strengthen key agent partnerships in the Northern California region.
Key Responsibilities
Support early-stage pipeline growth by identifying high-potential agents and assisting in tracking regional activity
Develop relationships with newly appointed retail agents through service and platform guidance
Coordinate daily sales activities, including converting renewal business and supporting agent requests related to policy management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
0-2 years of experience in a professional environment
Genuine interest in commercial insurance and sales
Self-starter with an organized and eager-to-learn mindset
Experience with tools like Salesforce and Slack is a plus but not required
