Client and Account Management
- Act as a point of contact for clients; track and solve client issues.
- Find meaningful opportunities for clients and support the development of a campaign strategy and orchestrate its implementation.
- Produce high-quality client work. The ideal candidate will be just as comfortable drafting a memo or deck outlining both strategic and tactical planning suggestions as they are writing a paid media brief or reviewing a campaign report.
- Deliver formal and informal presentations to clients and internal team members.
- Maintain strong, active relationships with key client partners at mid-management levels.
- Manage campaigns and projects with attention to detail without losing sight of broader strategic goals
Team Management and Communication
- Act as a mentor and leader for junior team members.
- Be poised in complex project environments, working with long-range and short-term business objectives and managing multiple partners.
- Develop relationships across agency specialty teams and other account teams. Focus on collaboration and providing integrated solutions to clients.
What You Bring :
- 5 years + advertising, social media, communications, or marketing experience, preferably in a communications or creative agency or corporate communications setting
- Exceptional presentation, writing and analytical skills and the ability to write under tight timelines
- Proven project management experience, including overseeing a team managing deliverables for multiple clients
- Experience working on electoral campaigns or for electoral organizations and public affairs campaigns.
- Experience overseeing paid digital advertising campaigns - from brief writing to ideation to strategic implementation, analysis and reporting Excels in fast-paced work environments and juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Outstanding collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and with little directions
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Exceptional analytical, decision making and time-management skills

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package which includes : $77,000-$90,000 base salary with an annual discretionary bonus + generous benefits.
Estimated starting base salary will be based on level of experience.
