• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan and execute electrical projects accurately.
• Install and connect wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, and other electrical components in homes.-Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing safe and effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.-Keep precise records of work performed, including time, materials, and any issues encountered.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in residential electrical systems.Requirements : -Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in residential electrical work.-Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, blueprints, and code requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.-Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and professional worksite.
• Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and be flexible with scheduling.-Ability to pass a background screening.-A vision for career growth and leadership within a small but expanding company.
