The Role :

• Competitive Base Salary : $82,000 to $95,000 annually
• Incentives : Production Incentives up to $9,750 per year
• Professional Development : We cover the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor course and provide on-the-job mentorship / training

Position Summary : We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist interested in Pelvic Floor / Women's Health specialty.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient setting
• Develop individualized care plans for each patient
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient care
• Build strong relationships with staff and the community
• Utilize state-of-the-art EMR for documentation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance-based regulations

Qualifications :

• Graduation from an APTA-approved physical therapy program
• Current State licensure for physical therapy practice
• Experience or strong interest in Pelvic Floor / Women's Health
