About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $1065 To $1183 Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday to Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : SNF Experience preferred;
New graduates are welcome License : State License Verification required Certifications : 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon, or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray Must-Have : - Prescreen completed and attached- Resume and license verification attached Job Description : Conduct therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist with patient assessments and the development of treatment plans.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care.
- Document patient progress and report any changes to supervising therapists.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and workspaces.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.- Follow all safety and health regulations and protocols.
