This is a temporary full time role expected to start at the beginning of June and continue through December 31, 2024.

As a member of the PATH Global Total Rewards team, the Total Rewards Assistant will facilitate the overall Total Rewards program administration and compliance, both domestic and international, to support PATH's global total rewards strategy.

Responsibilities include assistance with planning, documentation, communication, and administration of benefit portfolios to enhance PATH’s employee experience.

The focus of this role will be on benefits administration and support.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor Total Rewards email inbox and triage employee requests
  • Reconcile monthly invoices and submit for payment
  • Monitor, research, and audit benefit data for accuracy and discrepancy resolution between internal systems and vendor portals
  • Develop templates for efficient monthly reconciliation and data feed preparation
  • Support employee benefit programs in compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Assist with benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations both in the HRIS system and with insurance carriers
  • Document Total Rewards operational processes, including eligibility determination, benefits programs, leave management, and global mobility
  • Assist with benefit plan audits to ensure compliance
  • Provide customer service as a liaison between employees and insurance carriers for claims
  • Assist with US Benefits Open Enrollment activities
  • Assist with wellness program, including scheduling wellness events, purchasing incentives, and supporting wellness initiatives

Required experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of two years of experience in an office setting, preferably in a Human Resources environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and experience using PowerBI or Excel to automate data validation and reconciliation processes
  • Some experience in benefits or leave administration preferred

  • Ability to identify where process improvement is needed and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes
  • Collaborative nature, even under tight timelines and competing priorities
  • Proactive and curious to seek out opinions and perspectives with a learner mindset to resolve issues
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

The hourly range for this temporary role in the U.S. is $22.00- $30.00. The final salary is based on a variety of objective factors.

This is a non-benefitted position.

This role is open to remote work.
