M-F 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm
$18-$20 / hr
Will Review Resumes and conduct Interviews
Front Desk - Greeting visitors to their showroom, Greeting clients who have appointments with team members, answering incoming calls, ability to multi-task, calling and scheduling deliveries to customers, okay with lots of interruptions (walk-in visitors) (Think Showroom Associate)
Pleasant Personality, thick skinned, ability to tell customers they need to wait - in a professional manner.
Excel - will be reviewing P.O.'s - processing credit card machine for any purchases.
Needs to be adaptable
They will be working directly with their current Office Assistant / Customer Service individual - so they will have access to the person currently in this role at all times during training.
They are adding an additional team member to provide some flexibility to their current team member.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
