The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to set the future direction of DailyPay's mobile banking platform and card offering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering directly with key stakeholders to build and launch new products against the strategy they set.

The ideal candidate will have experience building successful consumer products, and ideally have fintech and / or payments expertise.

This role will be based in NYC and will be hybrid.

How You Will Make an Impact :

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation and strategizing to build and launch in collaboration with executive leadership, designers, engineering and data scientists
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product development and partner with design on user research and usability testing
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Define go-to-market strategy and lead its execution in partnership with product marketing
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance procedures related to mobile banking and drive processes to adhere to requirements
  • Set an ambitious roadmap for product expansion and user growth
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive product improvements

What You Bring to The Team :

  • At least 3-5 years of direct experience in software product management
  • Experience in launching or scaling of consumer products
  • Domain expertise in fintech, payments or related areas
  • Experience in designing data analysis and guiding user research to inform product strategy or solution design
  • Empathy for users with a drive to discover and resolve their pain points
  • Owner's mindset to investigate and resolve hard problems
  • Ability to thrive in complex and fast-growing environments
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and security protocols is advantageous
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • You have a Bachelor's or equivalent Degree

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.

The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options.

Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
