Senior Growth Consultant

The Senior Growth Consultant is responsible for and accountable to the development and advancement of prescriptive growth and brand engagement strategies on behalf of and in partnership with Century 21 franchisees within a defined territory (the "Book of Business"). An emphasis is placed on the three key pillars of Retention Growth Optimization to achieve specific performance metrics and deliver a world-class brand value customer experience. This position will also independently lead assigned processes and projects at the direction of the Regional Vice President, as needed.

Responsibilities include :

  • Increasing franchise performance and engagement by supporting a dedicated Book of Business, many of which are high-expectation, top-tier organizations
  • Lead Field support of Franchise Sales in identified focus markets, to include partnering with Sales in evaluating and prioritizing markets based on needs and opportunity, developing a growth strategy, and coordinating and presenting at prospect-facing brand presentations
  • Owning Field Team-managed objectives in growth areas within the Book of Business to include organic gains, strategic consolidations, transfers, M&A, and roll-in events
  • Driving an increase of specific key performance indicators in the Book of Business, which include Agent recruiting and retention, per-Agent production, adjusted gross commissions, transaction sides, Franchise Sales growth, franchisee retention, and overall brand engagement
  • Ensuring the impactful and prescriptive alignment and application of internal brand resources and support throughout the Book of Business
  • Leading complex client consulting engagements involving analysis of franchisee financials, expense management, and business planning, leading to revenue growth. Facilitate business planning that includes benchmarking key metrics and goal-setting for franchisees in the Book of Business.
  • Proactively leading franchise renewal efforts in the Book of Business to include building brand engagement and experiential value throughout the franchise relationship. In partnership with the Regional VP and brand Leadership, developing and presenting extension terms in adherence with established timeline and retention expectations
  • Closely coordinating brand Leadership involvement with critical franchisee matters, as needed.
  • Partnering with and supporting newly onboarded Franchise Performance Consultants to build skill / capability, gain in brand knowledge / value positioning, and strategize concerning best practices in effectively managing a Book of Business
  • Identifying and escalating movement within franchise servicing profiles to the Regional VP for review and approval
  • Develop and deliver scheduled National, Regional, and / or Book of Business virtual education sessions on relevant industry and brand topics, as assigned.
  • In partnership with internal operations groups, manage elements of contractual changes, deal term approval process, and A / R and compliance issues within the Book of Business
  • Lead assigned processes and projects within the Region at the direction of the Regional VP, as needed.

The successful candidate will have :

  • 5+ years of account management or business consulting experience required, preferably with large and complex brokerages / businesses
  • Real estate industry or franchise experience strongly preferred.
  • High degree of influence, relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills. Adaptive. Creative problem-solver. Strategic, outcome-based thinker.
  • Superior communication and people skills, persuasive presenter
  • Goal-driven professional who thrives on targeting and measuring results
  • Strong organizational and choice management skills
  • Knowledge of current and future real estate industry practices, trends, technologies, and information affecting the business and organization
  • Field-based position with the ability to travel up to 30%
