Job Title : Warehouse Associates Fulfillment & Operations (English / Spanish)

Pay Range : $14-$16

Position Summary :

The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders within the warehouse.

This position involves receiving, storing, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a high level of quality control.

As part of a fast-paced fulfillment environment, you will collaborate with team members to optimize workflows, manage inventory, and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.

This is a seasonal position for the busy period, with an opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
• Receive, store, and ship products like marketing materials, catalogs, and custom prints.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining quality control standards.
• Help manage inventory levels, collaborating with production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries and cost-effective shipping solutions.
• Contribute to improving warehouse efficiency by assisting in refining workflows and order processing.
• Maintain safety protocols and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (if applicable) with team members to resolve issues and meet daily goals.

Qualifications :

• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus but not required.
• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment, preferably in a print or manufacturing setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of shipping, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
• Ability to lift and move products, ensuring workplace safety compliance.
