Job Posting : Customer Support Coordinator
Location : Grand Prairie, TX 75052
Pay Rate : $27 / hr
Duration : Full-time for 6 months, subject to review based on business needs
Shift : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Job Duties :
As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of customer support and service for our customers in the designated region.
Your responsibilities will include :
Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Leading and supporting Regional Account Representative (RAR) teams, providing guidance, training, and problem-solving assistance.
Assisting management with staffing, training, scheduling, and reward / recognition programs.
Liaising between our company and customers regarding contractual requirements.
Managing customer requests, preparing work orders and sales orders, processing invoices, and maintaining organized records.
Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in aviation mechanical, engineering, or technical field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, charts / graphs, formulas) and Outlook.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools, preferably SAP.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver results under pressure and make decisions.
Experience working across cultures and being sensitive to local sensitivities.
Lean sigma or project management certification is a plus.
Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and proactively address issues.
