Job Duties :

The Day-to-Day for this role can be described as follows : Lots of communication with clients, maintaining and strengthening relationships.

There's no better way to do business with clients than by understanding both their individual needs as well as the fact that nature can impact business.

This role may be managing current accounts, but it's a sales-centric gig meaning many of the qualities of a strong relationship builder align perfectly.

Strong sales and communication skills are a prerequisite for success in our environment. We negotiate price once per year, the bulk of our sales happen from June to September are all important facts to keep in mind.

Growing and managing the clien

Build rock-solid ROI business cases for why Columbia Fruits was, is, and will always be the best option.

Maintain current accounts by managing your relationship clients.

Be the internal & external Quarterback for your clients. Be quick to solve problems and make customers smile!

Generate new rooftop referrals from existing happy customers.

Job Requirements :

We're seeking candidates who are not only sales inclined but also exhibit a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Here's what we're looking for :

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous or experience equivalent.
  • Proven sales management experience.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
