We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Danvers, Massachusetts. This role primarily involves customer service and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment, where the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines is crucial.
Responsibilities :
- Responding to and directing inbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Providing excellent customer service to meet client needs and maintain relationships
- Performing data entry tasks accurately to ensure proper record keeping
- Managing email correspondence with clients and team members
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to complete assigned tasks
- Scheduling appointments and meetings accurately and promptly
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are conducted in line with company procedures and standards
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Developing and maintaining a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Excellent data entry skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in email correspondence, with a focus on professional and clear communication
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
