Dean’s Professional Services is now hiring qualified, patient-care-focused Medical Assistants to work in Sugar Land, TX.

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing patient support and communication and facilitating an exceptional patient experience to build and reinforce satisfaction, and trust, and drive organizational loyalty.
Job Responsibilities :
- Room patients to prepare for the provider.
- Perform laboratory tests and EKGs.
- Taking vitals, performing diagnostic tests, injections, and drawing blood for labs.
- Collect and chart vitals, patient history, and other screenings.
- Authorize prescription refills.
- Instruct patients regarding medications and diet.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
- High School Diploma - Required
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- EClinicals EMR Experience - Preferred
- Prior Authorization experience
Job Details :
- Schedule : Mon. Wed. Thur. 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
- Starting at $16.50 / hr. (Based on experience) + Benefits
