Bilingual Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly and organized Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members.
This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone call in both English and Spanish.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
