Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assisting kitchen staff with daily tasks to create a productive kitchen
- Preparing or directing the preparation of food using established production procedures
- Accurately preparing menu items and maintaining stock
- Keeping the kitchen area clean and organized
- Following standard recipes and special diet orders
- Being flexible and assisting where needed
- Other duties as assigned
