Carterwill Search is searching for a Structural Engineer with a well-established full-service design company in Pinellas County, FL.
The ideal candidate will have experience with large-scale construction and renovations projects.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the project ensuring Structural Design standards, practices, and policies are followed.
- Communicate and work well with all team members.
- Work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects.
- Participate in project meetings during design and construction.
- Preparation of graphic and written construction documents.
- Lead site visits assessing the existing structural infrastructure.
- Identify and solve problems during design or in the field during construction.
Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida is required.
- Minimum 10 years’ Architectural and Engineering experience.
- Senior Living, Healthcare, Multifamily projects, including new construction and renovation projects experience.
- Healthcare Administration (AHCA) knowledge and experience as it relates to healthcare design.
- Autodesk AutoCAD 2021, Autodesk Revit 2021, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
