Location : 100% Remote Work authorization : US Citizen and Green Card only JOB SUMMARY This role will Lead Health Plan Sponsor Implementations and Renewal Activities and Implement assigned projects : Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

JOB DESCRIPTION Ensure all steps of client implementation and renewals are complete. Review Plan Sponsor documentation to ensure completion and identify any changes.

Ensure all client implementation and renewal, Tracking, and status reports are kept current. Oversee tasks, ensuring assigned projects adhere to scope, budget, and time frame guidelines.

Timely delivery of schedules and requirements to / from the customer Manage client deliverables along with internal developmental milestones.

Coordinate and work with extended team members to meet customer needs. Work closely with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction.

Document requirements and business policies and process flows. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / DUTIES Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.

Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.

Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

Reviews status reports, prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES Experience with project management processes and methodologies, including Agile / Lean principles.

Strong analytical skills and innovative problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective team collaboration.

Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.

Experience in preparing management presentations. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Project and Visio. Knowledge of process enhancement and change management strategies.

Emotional intelligence and adaptability. Required Qualifications / Requirements : Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm EST with flexible hours and occasional weekend overtime.

Experience in the Health Care Claims industry, with strong knowledge of Health Plans, ACA, Medicare / Medicaid regulations.

Self-starter able to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment. Experience working on process improvement or enhancement teams.

Proficient in the MS Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and basic proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.

Comfortable speaking to all levels of leadership (Director, Vice President etc.) 1+ years of experience with business analysis.

3+ years of Project coordination / management experience in the Healthcare Insurance Industry. Experience acting as a liaison between business and IT teams
