About the Opportunity :

Compensation and Benefits :
- Clinical Base Salary - $631,000 / year.
- Productivity Compensation to recognize clinical productivity.
- Quality Performance Incentive - $24,500 / year.
- Competitive Sign-on / Commencement Bonus.
