We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes.

Duties
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, including tube feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Skills
- Experience in hospice care or caregiving is preferred
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Proficient in meal preparation techniques
- Familiarity with tube feeding protocols
- Understanding of senior care needs and challenges
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy guidelines
- Strong communication skills for effective patient care coordination
