We are currently seeking quality landscape professionals for full-time positions in landscape, construction, and irrigation.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform proper construction and irrigation of client landscapes including but not limited to digging, excavating, trenching, installation of plants, trees, and palm trees, maneuvering boulders, loading and unloading earth materials, and demolition / removal of landscape elements.
- Prepare, load & unload trucks for the day, as directed. Maintain cleanliness of trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
- Safely operate equipment and utilize tools with all necessary personal protection gear.
Physical Demands
While performing the essential duties of the job, the position requires physical abilities such as heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling at least 50 pounds, manual dexterity, wrist-finger movement, digging using a shovel, using a wheelbarrow.
In addition, working conditions include inadequate lighting, dirty / dusty environment, extreme temperatures, intense noise, lifting or carrying heavy objects.
The employee must be always physically coherent and aware especially when dealing with heavy machinery or equipment.
Work Environment
Work outdoors in all weather conditions- wind, rain, heat
Job Type : Temp-to-Hire
Pay : $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
Schedule :
- 8 hour shifts- must be available for OT
- Day shift- must be flexible with start time as early as 5am.
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
