Assistant General Manager Responsibilities :
- Communicates with restaurant customers, teammates, and managers in a positive manner.
- Maintains the highest level of "WOW" Hospitality.
- Support the General Manager in the use of all systems and restaurant training programs.
- Strive to enhance our guest's experiences at every opportunity by satisfying and exceeding their expectations.
- Increase restaurant sales and profit by building community relationships / partnerships and providing outstanding products and services.
- Ensure an effective work schedule is posted each week.
- Demonstrate effective interviewing skills for hiring only top performers.
- Responsible for all levels of staffing and new hire orientations.
- Ensure all training and certifications processes are in place and 100% compliant.
- Executes action plans using systems, training, operation manuals, and all other available resources.
- Review daily numbers each day of work and coach and praise their results to the other team members.
- Oversee FOH and BOH operations in compliance with Krystal Standards.
- Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude and commitment toward company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations in include; product preparation and delivery, customer service, facilities maintenance, and financial accountability.
Assistant General Manager Requirements :
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Prior to entering the position, the candidate must complete a background check.
- In-store training program completed.
