Responsibilities :
- Oversee project planning and tracking.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Communicate with stakeholders and EPA representatives.
- Mitigate project risks and ensure quality deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management : Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements provide regular updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Budget Management : Monitor project budgets ensuring alignment with financial constraints and making adjustments as necessary.
- Performance Tracking : Utilize project management tools to track progress ess performance and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Quality urance : Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
- Reporting : Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders highlighting achievements challenges and solutions.
Required Ss :
PMP certification leadership budgeting federal project experience.
Experience :
Minimum 8 years in project management.
