J&R Schugel is now hiring CDL-A company drivers! Route and home time options to fit your lifestyle. Get home daily, weekly, or be out on the road;
we'll find the option that best works for you!
Driver Benefits :
- Industry-leading pay structure :
- Earn $1,200 - $1,600 per week
- Earn 57 - 65 CPM base pay + accessorial pay
- Multiple home time and route options - Average 2,200 - 2,500 weekly miles
- Top 50% of our drivers average over 2,500 miles per week
- Onboarding bonus
- Full benefits & 401k
- Vacation pay
- $1,000 holiday bonus*
Drivers must be hired before December 31st, 2024 to receive holiday bonus)
Requirements :
- Minimum age of 21
- Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver’s license
- Must have 6 months of experience
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Safe driving record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)

- Stop pay (excluding first and last pick up / drop off)
- Orientation pay with transportation, motel (single), and meal coverage
