About the Role

As a Digital Reporter , you'll be responsible for capturing and preserving verbatim records of depositions and other judicial proceedings. Whether in-person or remote, you'll use specialized recording software and hardware to produce high-quality audio / video documentation. You'll also administer oaths, create detailed annotations for transcription, and ensure smooth and professional proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record legal proceedings using advanced audio / video equipment
• Administer oaths and maintain control as an independent authority
• Annotate essential testimony for transcription and playback as needed
• Manage and secure exhibits, backup files, and complete job-specific worksheets
• Maintain professionalism and build effective relationships with clients and legal professionals
• Perform timely preparation for assignments and respond to communications efficiently

Work Environment

This role involves a mix of office-based work and travel to legal proceedings (up to a 75-mile radius from your location). You'll thrive in a dynamic environment where adaptability and professionalism are key.
