Responsibilities
- Manage the conference center space with setting up / cleaning up and receive catering orders
- Serve as the Office Depot point of contact and process office supply requests
- Coordinate the daily catering schedule with PM Business Support team
- Manage and monitor facilities invoices inbox
- Upload facilities related PO requests in Oracle
- Ensure coffee machines are operational and pantries are stocked
- Schedule preventative maintenance, log and track packages, and process returns
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience
- Great interpersonal skills with a good sense of time management
- Excellent communication skills and detail oriented-nature
Compensation / Benefits :
- Up to $75K base depending on experience + OT + bonus
