DutiesInclude :
- Handle all supervisoryduties for the assigned unit
- Help establishand implement employee policies and procedures
- Mentor less experienced nurses offering clinical &career advice
- Maintain the standards of carefor the unit
- Review of Resident records &quality of care
- Monitor overall care &review individual Resident cases
- Addressquestions or complaints brought forward by Residents or theirfamilies
- Represent the units interests withthe upperlevel management
Requirements :
- Must hold valid NYS RN License
- 2years Long Term Care Experience preferred
- 1year Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Excellent positive attitude to act as the leader of agroup
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills
Salary : $90000$100000
