We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our team in Smyrna, TN and will be a full-time role.

A Day in the Life :

• Assist in the planning and execution of a designated manufacturing engineering project(s). These projects are based on need by shop within the plant and change on a year-to-year basis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze processes, and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in the development and implementation of solutions to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations based on findings to support project goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.
• Support the team in daily engineering tasks and contribute to ongoing initiatives.

Who We’re Looking for :

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate / graduate degree program in Engineering- mechanical, industrial, or electrical preferred.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated and ability to multi-task with day-to-day priorities
• Great communication skills both written and oral
• Ability to perform work onsite at Smyrna, TN
