Our veterinary technicians are well-utilized and play a valuable role in our commitment to compassionate patient care. Some of the skills we are looking for with this particular opportunity include :

Proficiency in restraint of all small animals

Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV Catheter Placement, administering injections (IV, IM, SQ)

Proficiency and ability to take radiographs

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail regarding medical records, history taking and basic vaccine and triage protocols

Experienced in surgery : intubation / extubation, anesthesia monitoring / charting, performing dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs

Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff.
