Cordial Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. We are a leading healthcare organization providing comprehensive mental health services to patients across Yonkers, NY.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled LCSW who is passionate and committed to improving the mental health and well-being of individuals.

Responsibilities :

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify mental health issues, strengths, and treatment needs.

Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

Providing evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders.

Advocating for clients' rights and assisting them in accessing community resources and support systems.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Participating in regular supervision, case conferences, and continuing education to enhance professional development.

Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Current LCSW license in New York.

Experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting preferred.

Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
