A well-established law firm in the Northwest is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation / Construction Associate Attorney to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on construction law, personal injury, general liability, and business litigation.

Duties :
- Handle civil litigation cases with a focus on construction law, personal injury, general liability, and business litigation.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Participate in discovery, depositions, and court appearances on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters, providing support in trials and appeals.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
- Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic legal advice.
- Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements :
- Minimum of two years of civil litigation experience, with an emphasis on construction law.
- Strong academic record, with demonstrated analytical and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and courtroom advocacy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Active Bar membership in the State of Oregon (required).
