Are you ready to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Subway (locally-owned & operated) is looking for dynamic and dedicated individuals to join us as Restaurant Managers in Anchorage, AK.
As a leader in one of the world's most recognized brands, you'll ensure excellent service, maintain operational standards, and contribute to the success of your team and restaurant.
Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Guide, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve their best.
- Operations : Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with Subway's standards.
- Customer Service : Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and a memorable dining experience.
- Training & Development : Train and develop team members to uphold Subway's quality and service standards.
- Financial Management : Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
What We Offer :
- Salary $54,000 to $65,000 DOE

Qualifications :
- Previous experience in restaurant, retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for customer service and team development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or business management are a plus.
- Pass an extensive background check.
- Reliable & Dependable transportation
- ServSafe a plus
