Century West BMW is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist*
to join our team on weekends.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive environment.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, customer-focused , and able to manage a variety of front desk duties.
Job Title : Part-Time Receptionist
Location : Century West BMW
Pay : $18 / hour
Schedule : Weekends Only (Saturday and Sunday)
Hours :
- Saturday : 9 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM
- Sunday : 9 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Provide information to customers and handle inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
