Position Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Project Manager to oversee and coordinate creative projects across multiple marketing touchpoints and teams.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in project management tools, with a proven ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.

This role is essential in setting and tracking timelines, ensuring seamless workflows, and driving the timely delivery of creative projects that enhance brand engagement.

You will work across advertising, marketing, video production, SEO, and social media, balancing project volume and strategic execution with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate deliverables across digital and OOH advertising, video production, PPC campaigns, social media, events, and other marketing channels.
• Use project management software to plan, monitor, and track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholder expectations are aligned.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support omni-channel initiatives for both Corporate and Consumer segments.
• Manage the production and execution of marketing communication materials.
• Maintain consistent communication and manage workflows with external partners, vendors, and agencies involved in various stages of project execution.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks by working closely with teams to implement effective solutions.
• Facilitate regular meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders to ensure project visibility and alignment.

Qualifications :

• 4-5 years of experience managing creative projects across a variety of disciplines, including digital and OOH advertising, photo and video production, and event management.
• Strong background in omni-channel marketing, with experience in either agency or in-house settings.
• Expertise in utilizing project management tools to build and manage schedules and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently shift resources and manage dependencies in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative mindset, with a positive approach to problem-solving and team coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, planning, and prioritization.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in an evolving environment with changing priorities.
