Where the Chemistry Happens
BASF's Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) were created to provide highly motivated, mobile-minded graduate students an opportunity to enhance their professional skills through a variety of diverse learning experiences.
Participants will contribute to real-world rotational assignments within different domestic locations. They will explore a range of dynamic career options, each of which offers the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to BASF’s business and customers.
In addition to expanding their knowledge and skill sets, participants will gain valuable insight into their own capabilities, strengths, and passions.
Our program also provides an immersive introduction to BASF's culture and values, ensuring that participants are well-equipped to excel in their future roles.
Program Summary :
- BASF’s MBA AEF Rotational Program is a 2-year cross-functional program with rotations in various areas within the organization, consisting of functional and business group assignments across Corporate Finance & Accounting, Internal Auditing, and Regional Controlling.
- Your ability to be mobile is critical, as this program is comprised of four six-month assignments in different locations across the US, including the possibility of one six-month international assignment.
- US locations include, but are not limited to, New Jersey, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, and Louisiana.
- International locations include, but are not limited to, Germany, Mexico, and China.
- Your projects will have a focus on strategy and will prepare you for future team leading opportunities.
- Upon completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to become part of BASF’s Talent Pipeline working across a variety of disciplines.
- Program start dates are June and August 2025.
