Locations : Fayetteville & Little Rock, ARPay : Starting at $24 / hour, commensurate with experience.We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our hospital-based clinics in Arkansas.
In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, helping patients recover, develop, and improve essential skills for daily living and work through targeted exercises and activities.
Key Responsibilities : Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities as outlined in individualized care plans.
Collaborate with the supervising physical therapist to monitor progress and adjust care plans as necessary.Document patient treatments and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.Requirements : Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Education Program (CAPTE).
12 to 18 months of related experience preferred.Current Arkansas PTA license in good standing.What We Offer : Competitive pay starting at $24 / hour, based on experience.
