We'reon the lookout for a vibrant Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of3 years' experience to join our client's energeticteam.

Our client thrives on a "Client First"philosophy ensuring they deliver exceptional service to theirclients in every aspect of our work.

They are located right inDowntown Cleveland and after 90 days the person can work one dayfrom home a week. The other days they would still work at theoffices in Downtown Cleveland.

They practice real estate andcorporate and litigation mainly but a few others like IP LaborHealthcare andtax.

KeyResponsibilities :

Applyyour sharp attention to detail and critical thinking skills in alltasks.
Takea proactive approach in supportingattorneys.
Respondto requests with a sense of urgency and prioritize taskseffectively.
Utilizeyour experience with eDiscovery software to organize data fordocument productionrequests.
Editand proofread documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with alllegalstandards.
Stayahead of the curve with a thorough understanding of litigationprocesses.
Keeptrack of deadlinesproactively.
Managecases diligently notifying attorneys of necessaryactions.
Communicateclearly andprofessionally.
Filedocuments electronically with thecourts.
Draftdocuments and filings withprecision.
Assistin preparation for depositions mediations arbitrations andtrials.
Bringa strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to thetable.
Handlemultiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention todetail.
Exercisesound judgment including the ability to identify and escalateissues.
Deliverexcellent oral and writtencommunication.
Prioritizetasks multitask and meet deadlinesconsistently.

WhatYou'llNeed :

Atleast 3 years of related experience in a law firm or legalenvironment.
Ahigh school diploma orequivalent.
Experiencewith eDiscovery software specifically Relativity and TrialDirector.
Proficientcommand of the English language and standard grammarrules.
Astrong working knowledge of Microsoft Officeprograms.
