Drivers in this program work with an experienced J.B. Hunt driver trainer for six weeks before transitioning to a full-time driving position upon successful completion.

Job Details : Drivers will be paid $200 per day during the training period. The training period is typically six weeks.Following training, drivers will transition to an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.

In addition to the number of activities performed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include, but are not limited to, training completed, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week .

This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.
