Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Resident Care Manager to become part of our client's Transitional Care Service team in Everett, WA - 98208.

This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

• 45-60 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign-on Bonus : 5,000

Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 8am-5pm
• As needed coverage for other shifts

Job Summary

• Assist with planning and delivering ongoing staff education, including conducting orientation for new employees.
• Leverage strong communication skills to act as a liaison between teams.
• Ensure all Infection Control measures and trainings are implemented to prevent potential exposure risks.
• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Administrator in maintaining high-quality care for all residents.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the DON or Administrator.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered WA State RN License (LPN is not eligible for this role)
• At least 1 year of previous Leadership / Supervisory experience
• Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or Transitional Care experience
