Quality Control Inspector (Cable Harnessing)

As our Quality Control Inspector, you will maintain and ensure that our products conform to customer specifications and requirements.

You’ll enjoy working in a fun, collaborative, fast (high-mix / low-volume) manufacturing operation.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Must be proficient in interpreting drawing and specifications

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in product inspection

Must be able to independently perform workload

Must be proficient with Microsoft office / Outlook as well as the company’s MRP system

What will you be Accountable for?

Perform Initial, in-process and final inspection of detail parts and assemblies. Products include : sub-assemblies, assemblies, and components for defense, aerospace, avionic and industrial applications

Perform surveillance inspection and conduct auto or manual testing as required

Verify tooling is appropriate and in production working condition

Maintain the company’s tool calibration log

Document and follow-up of nonconforming products

Proficient in company MRP system

Occasionally interact with customer source inspectors and vendor representatives

Enforce and interpret the Quality and AS9100 QMS standards

Involve supervisor with all quality deficiencies

Pay Transparency :
