Registered Nurse (RN) / RN Supervisor & Weekend Supervisor SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $7500
SHIFT : Full-Time, Part-Time, All Shifts Supervisory for 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, and weekends
STARTING RATE : $34.00-$41.00 / hr DOE, Position and possible sign on bonus up to $7500

JOB DESCRIPTION :
A Registered Nurse may supervise duties performed by LPN's and CNA 's in a team care setting under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
Nursing Supervisor and / or Director of Nursing.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide direct care and treatment to long term and rehabilitation residents
- Provide assessment and documentation of residents under their care
- Initiates and administers Intravenous treatments
- Communicates with the Nursing team and Medical team as appropriate
- Reviews and Evaluates the resident care plan
- Transcribes Physician orders
- May assist in orientating new staff
- Maintains competency in all site-specific tasks required by the facility
REQUIREMENTS :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Physical endurance for frequent activity; ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
