The Position
The Physical Properties Lab Tech position involves a day shift opening and involves collaborating with a team specializing in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and physical properties testing .
This role focuses on conducting tests, analyzing data, and contributing to research or quality control in a laboratory setting.
Key responsibilities include :
- Conducting tests that include flashpoint, insolubles, density, and manual viscosity testing.
- Using LIS : Utilizing Laboratory Information Systems to record and analyze experimental data.
- Be a key member on the Physical Properties Testing Team
- Quality Control : Ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency of test results through adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols.
- Documentation : Recording experimental procedures, data, and results accurately for analysis and future reference.
