DUTIES :
- As a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor complete residentcare requirements by scheduling and assigning nursingstaff.
- The responsibility of the RegisteredNurse (RN) supervisor is to establish a compassionate environmentby providing support to residents & families.
- Provide information to residents & staff by answeringquestions and requests.
- Maintain a safe &clean working environment by implementing rules ®ulations.
- Maintain resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintain documentation of resident careservices.
- Maintain a cooperative relationshipamong health care teams.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- LongTerm Care experience required.
- Should be a strong and positive Team Director for allmembers of the staff.
- Should be familiar withEHR and perscribing programs.
- Excellentcommunication skills.
- Basic computerskills.
Salary : $95000$105000
