Surgical Technologist Compensation
- The pay for this position is $47 - $53 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Surgical Technologist Highlights
- 10-Hour Shift
- Rotating Weekends
Surgical Technologist Responsibilities
- Communicating with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists to ensure smooth operation flow.
- Anticipating the needs of the surgeon during procedures.
- Following proper protocols for infection control and handling of surgical instruments.
- Restocking surgical supplies and ensuring that the sterile environment is maintained.
- Managing inventory of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensuring all necessary surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are sterilized and available.
- Setting up the surgical table, instruments, and sterile drapes.
Surgical Technologist Requirements
- Certified surgical technologist
- Ability to scrub tech general surgery, Orthopedics (including hip fractures), ENT, c-sections and GYN, Bariatrics, Podiatry, Robotics (xi DaVinci)
