Salary : $45-53 per hour
We offer paid drive time as well as the same rate for direct and indirect work for your full school day. We have a built-in support system that only fellow SLP's can provide! Come see the AIS difference!
Allied Instructional Services is a Virginia-based company that is led by therapists and educators. We offer a unique partnership with school divisions to provide effective and evidence-based speech and language therapy services to the students we serve.
AIS has many exciting new school-based placement options for Speech-Language Pathologists across the state of Florida for the 24-25 school year.
We work with you to find a placement that fits your needs.
At AIS, we are committed to the success of our independent contractors and the students they serve :
We provide excellent compensation and a highly competitive rate. In addition to an excellent infield rate, you are compensated for travel time to and from your placement.
We offer the same rate for your full school day-no separate rate for direct and indirect work. All of your expertise matters!
- Therapists are individually matched and paired based upon their unique skill sets and the speech and language needs of the divisions they serve.
- Our SLPs have access to support from a Services Coordinator who can help guide you through district policies / procedures and support your success.
- Full-time and Part-time options are available. You have the ability to set your preferred schedule and determine the hours that you work each week.
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a program accredited by the American Speech and Hearing Association
- Current licensure
- CFs are welcome to apply for in person placements! We have excellent support built-in for your mentorship!
- Must be clinically driven, dependable, and self-motivated
- 1099 Contract
