Position : School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location : Brighton, CO
Job Type : Contract
Job Description : Soliant and its affiliates are partnering with school districts in the Brighton, CO area to provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students.
We are seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team on a contract basis. As an SLP, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in students, thereby facilitating their academic success and overall well-being.
Responsibilities :
- Conducting screenings and assessments to identify communication disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing therapy to students with speech, language, and / or swallowing disorders
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid Colorado state license or ability to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in the field
- Knowledge of relevant assessment and intervention techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
