Customer Service Representative

Shift : Monday to Friday
Pay : $17-$19 per hour, depending on experience
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of call center experience or 5+ years in customer service
- Proficient in data entry, communication, and time management
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls and provide scripted information on class action or project inquiries with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Accurately update the database with relevant customer information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Process paperwork, transcribe IVR calls, and assist with various office tasks to support team efficiency.
- Offer professional and efficient support to both internal and external clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve customer experience, sharing feedback to enhance processes.
