Customer Service Representative

Shift : Monday to Friday

Pay : $17-$19 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of call center experience or 5+ years in customer service
• Proficient in data entry, communication, and time management
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming calls and provide scripted information on class action or project inquiries with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Accurately update the database with relevant customer information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Process paperwork, transcribe IVR calls, and assist with various office tasks to support team efficiency.
• Offer professional and efficient support to both internal and external clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve customer experience, sharing feedback to enhance processes.
