• Location : Driftwood Healthcare Center- San Jose, CA
• Title : Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy
• Certifications : BLS, State License, Covid Vaccine
• Start Date : ASAP
• Shift : Days
• Shift Length : Minimum 35hr / week. PT needed 6-8 hours a day. M-F. ASAP. 90% Productivity. Rehab Optima experience preferred.

Description :

Location : Riverside coverage area

Local Candidates accepted at Travel Rate

Shift : Friday- Monday

CA license in hand

13-week contract

Experience : 2 years' experience required 90% Productivity. Rehab Optima experience preferred.

COVID Vaccination preferred- Exemptions permitted with weekly testing.
