We are seeking an experienced In-Store Experience Manager to join our Outdoor Performance platform. This is a highly collaborative position within the marketing team that will primarily drive in-store marketing initiatives, with secondary responsibilities in support of sell-in / sell-thru success.
The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to ensure our marketing structure delivers the necessary brand dedication and functional expertise to achieve our objectives.
This position reports to the DIRECTOR, CHANNEL / SHOPPER MARKETING Outdoor Performance and may be based out of our LOGAN, UT or BOZEMAN, MT office.
As the In-Store Experience Manager, you will have an opportunity to work on :
- Visual Merchandising Creation of in-store plan-o-grams, floor plans; may include vendor management.
- Collateral Development / Trafficking Collaborating with Brand, Channel, Product & Studio teams to develop collateral packages for annual, seasonal, & launch executions.
- Asset Management Work with creative & content teams in organizing our digital assets in a DAM for internal and external use.
Consistent repeatable naming & filing protocol is key to success.
- Account Planning Support Director, Channel / Shopper in execution of branded space.
- Analyze Door level understanding of retail; use sell-through to validate ROI.
- Sales Support Support the selling process by coordinating the on-time delivery of GTM toolkits and brand assets. On occasion, ISE Manager will attend retailer meetings.
- Sales Professional Engagement Initiatives
- Shop Pro Programs Training, Reward, and Community efforts (internal & 3rd Party)
- Seasonal Programs Partnering with Brand, Channel & Sales team to develop and maintain Account Activation calendars.
- Trade Shows / Events In collaboration with Sales Events & Special Projects Manager , this role will plan, develop, execute and recap consumer and customer facing shows and events critical to the success of the Outdoor Performance Brands.
- Consumer Facing
- In-Store Experience Support team in I2C process of creating consumer facing experiences across brands; to include floorplans, visual displays, training, and seasonal merchandising.
- Product Launches Coordinate product launches across channels and retail partners.
Minimum Requirements :
- 5+ years of marketing and / or retail experience; apparel, equipment, sporting goods preferred.
- Understanding of space & location planning to guide consumer journey.
- Experience with preparation and execution of off-site consumer and customer events and shows.
- Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Skill set aligned to work within a dynamic and changing work environment, tolerance for ambiguity.
- Travel up to 20%, as needed.
Pay Range :
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
