Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Department : Sales
Reports To : Sales Manager
Summary
Responds to customer inquiries by phone or email.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Enters sales orders and compiles invoice documents.
- Handles customer requests such as shipping date, pricing, documentation, and any other related requests.
- Manages customer product inventory and releases orders to satisfy order requirements.
- Reviews all incoming customer orders.
- Email / mails out Invoices.
- Greets visitors and customers.
- Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls, while providing basic information when needed.
- Files sales orders and invoices.
- Documents lot numbers in COFAGEN.
- Distributes sales orders to appropriate department.
- Establishes relationships with customers.
- Confirms shipment flight details to customers.
- Emails customers shipping documents as needed.
- Obtains freight quotes for customer orders.
- Makes final decision on which freight forwarder or freight carrier to use.
- Assists Human Resources test candidates during recruitment process.
- Complies with cGMP, EHS guidelines, and all working procedures assigned to the position.
- Performs other tasks, as assigned.

Education and / or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
Language Skills
Basic English and Spanish reading, writing, and communication skills.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.

Pay Range
The Customer Service Representative is a non-exempt position that is paid hourly. Pay rate will be dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and experience.
